We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons. Last-minute requests are welcome but subject to availability.

Yes! We offer delivery and professional setup for all our services. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our location. We require access to the venue 1–2 hours before your event.

Latex balloons typically last 12–24 hours indoors. Foil balloons can last several days. For outdoor events, we can discuss special treatments and alternatives to maximize longevity.

Absolutely! Every order is fully customizable. Share your color palette, theme, or inspiration photos and we'll bring your vision to life.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Final payment is due 3 days before the event. We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.

Yes! We love collaborating with event planners and venue coordinators. We're experienced working in a variety of venues and can accommodate special requirements.

Good to Know

We want every experience with Prickly Pear Balloons to be smooth and stress-free. Here's what you need to know.

Booking & Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received. Final payment is due 3 days prior to your event.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event may receive a credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit. No refunds for same-day cancellations.

Changes & Modifications

Minor color or style changes are welcome up to 5 days before your event. Significant changes may require a revised quote. Rush modifications may incur an additional fee.

Delivery & Setup

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance. We require access to the venue at least 1–2 hours before event start for setup. Client is responsible for ensuring venue access.

Weather & Outdoor Events

Heat and direct sunlight can affect balloon lifespan. Outdoor events in extreme heat may require latex upgrades or foil alternatives. We'll advise you on the best options.

Sustainability

We are committed to responsible balloon use. We encourage proper disposal and do not release balloons outdoors. Latex balloons are biodegradable when disposed of properly.
